Good Hydration to Raise Your Vibration

If you find it a challenge to “drink plenty of water” each day, you are not alone.  A lot of people have an aversion to drinking water.  The reasons may have to do with the taste of water, or how the water feels in their mouth, or that water is not an exciting beverage, or that it’s easy to forget to drink water.  When you have a resistance to drinking water, it can present a challenge to keeping your body hydrated.

You might know it’s important to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated; but have you ever wondered why that is?  You might know it has to do with helping your body have energy to function, but what if it is also about your body being able to receive energy with more ease?

Hydration is one of the major keys to your body being able to function properly; to function at all, really.  The Hydrogen in the water you drink is used by your body’s cells to make ATP (Adenosine triphosphate), which is the basic unit of energy that your cells use to run your body (yup, it’s more than just rocket fuel).  Hydrogen is also a reason that good hydration helps reduce inflammation in your body as it deactivates free radicals and supports your body to eliminate them.

And yes, Oxygen is also important as it supports your cells in receiving and utilizing the nutrients delivered to your cells via blood circulation.

Water also has trace amounts of electrolytes. Electrolytes are essential minerals that are super important in helping your body function.  You may have heard of them – sodium, calcium, potassium, chloride, phosphate and magnesium.  The name gives us the obvious clue – “electro” lytes support your body’s cells to conduct electrical current (not the same as sticking your finger in a light socket).  This in turn supports the cellular structure of the tissues of your body, and the cells’ ability to communicate with each other.  And here is where we get to the cool stuff.  Conductivity is key!

Conductivity is critical for your body to have vitality.  This can apply to the conductivity of your body’s cells with each other – and – it can also apply to the conductivity of your body’s cells with your external environment.  You see, keeping your body hydrated not only supports your body to function with more ease, it also supports your body to receive, transmit, and process the energies around you with more ease.  It’s all about supporting your body to conduct, or move, the energy.

When you consider that everything has a vibrational frequency, including your body, conductivity gets even more interesting.  Our bodies are doing the best they can do to function at optimal vibrational frequency to have vitality (what we might also call health or wellness).  They are simultaneously responding to the many vibrational frequencies of everyone and everything around us.  If you are supporting your body with hydration and electrolytes, you are supporting your body to function in an optimal frequency range.  The frequency range in turn influences what you are resonant with; which is every thought, experience, person, place, thing, creation, etcetera, that you are drawn to, or is drawn to you.  It all has to do with your vibrational frequency.

You might not have considered the connection between hydration and vibration in this way before.  The good news is that you can stack the odds in your favor, and it doesn’t have to be complicated at all.  You can create a habit of hydration to support your vibration – TaaDaahh!  And you can actually create your own recipes for palate pleasing hydration options.  You can opt for water or get a little fancy with coconut water, or even watermelon juice, depending on the season.  There are a variety of water enhancer flavors you can use, along with liquid electrolytes, to make hydration beverages that taste the way you like them, and work for your budget as well.

What habits of hydration could be fun for you?  It’s a perfect day to choose that.

Ready. Set. Hydrate!
